Grab and Go Lunches
- These sites are sponsored by Poudre School Nutrition Department and are distributed Monday – Friday from Noon until 1pm. Due to the Stay at Home orders children are no longer required to be present to receive a lunch. Parent/Guardian can request the number of lunches needed. Breakfast for the next morning is also included in these lunches or as a separate bag depending on location. Ask when you arrive. Drive through only – no walk ups.

What does our virtual care/telehealth model look like?
- We can diagnose and treat student-patients for all regular primary medical care (same types of visits/care that pediatricians and family medicine practitioners provide).
- We can also counsel student-patients and provide mental health services.
- We utilize HIPAA compliant audio/visual telehealth equipment to virtually connect student-patients (at their home) with a Health and Wellness Center Patient Care Provider

SERVICIOS
- Podemos diagnosticar y tratar a los estudiantes-pacientes con la atención médica primaria regular (los mismos tipos de visitas/atención médica que los pediatras y los profesionales de medicina de familia brindan).
